"Pleasure To Kill"

"Pleasure To Kill“ is a song by the German band Kreator. It was released in 1986 on the eponymous album, which is still considered one of the most influential thrash metal albums of all time. The song is about a zombie who climbs out of the grave and commits mass murder.

Teenage Ulrich Nielsen is a fan of Kreator. "Pleasure To Kill" is playing in Ulrich's room when the policeman Egon Tiedemann pays him a visit. Egon asks him about some of the lyrics: "My only aim is to take many lives / The more the better I feel.“

When Ulrich travels back to 1953 and meets a younger Egon Tiedemann, he quotes the lyrics. Of course, Egon doesn't have a clue what he's talking about. It only reinforces his convictions that Ulrich is a murderer.
